This Privacy Policy applies to the Shop Guide Pro mobile application and related services operated by KRAJČAJ (the “Application”). KRAJČAJ is referred to below as the “Service Provider”.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of normal network communication. The Service Provider does not retain this data or use it to create a tracking profile.
Precise location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share such information with third parties.
Data Retention
No personal data collected through normal use of Shop Guide Pro is retained by the Service Provider. The Application does not maintain a server-side profile or database of personal information about its users.
Accordingly, there is no routine personal-data retention period for ordinary use of the Application.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email or another direct communication channel, the information you choose to provide may exist in that communication channel only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request or meet a legal obligation.
Data Deletion
There is no personal application data to delete from the Service Provider’s systems because Shop Guide Pro does not collect or store personal information through normal use.
If you have voluntarily sent information directly to the Service Provider, you may request deletion of that information by contacting [email protected]. The Service Provider will process applicable deletion requests in accordance with relevant law.
Uninstalling Shop Guide Pro removes the application from your device. Any data stored only locally on your device is controlled by your device and application storage settings.
Opt-out rights
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no advertising or profiling collection from which you need to opt out. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or market the Application specifically to them.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of such data is limited. The Service Provider nevertheless applies reasonable safeguards to systems under its control.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, a breach affecting application user data is unlikely. If a security incident affects information you voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, notification will be made where required by applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page together with an updated effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, the Service Provider will follow those requirements.
Your Consent
Where you voluntarily provide information directly to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out before withdrawal.
